Butterflies are an important symbol for United in Solace and Grace.  For us they represent transformation and new life. 

Our team have crocheted several hundred simple butterflies, which are then blessed, and are given free at the services.  They are also available to those who visit the offices of Survivors in Transition. They are given as a sign that we are not alone.

These small butterflies are not difficult to crochet, Several members of the church community have contributed butterflies all of which are different.  It is a way in which the wider community can become involved.
